What to wear , what to do... etc
What should IÂ wear?
Ideally, something comfortable, but underwear is compulsory!
It is my first massage. What will happen?
Magic ... I will explain everything in details before your treatment.
Will there be any music?
Yes, unless you do not want it.
Also, feel free to tell me about your preferences. Anything on the scale of Binaural Beta wave to Metallica.
Is it going to hurt?
I will often ask you about how you feel so that is basically up to you. With tight muscles for the first treatment can feel more intense, but it always should be a "good pain"
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
Yes, massage can ease pain and plays a huge role in the rehabilitation of all sort of conditions.
Can I ask you to avoid certain areas?
Absolutely, it is your time.
You can give details in the pre-treatment questionnaire.
Is there any reason not to get a massage?
There are some contraindication.
Generally, if you have a serious condition your GP should advise on what sort of treatments you can receive.
What should I do after the treatment?
When you get home just try to relax, rehydrate and enjoy the newly gained range of motion in your joints.
Where can I park?
There is a small car park, the entrance is right before the traffic light (Burford Road) . Alternatively, there is a bigger car park on the Northolt Road.
What is the address?
You will see it in the confirmation email. The confirmation emails sometimes end up in the spam folder.
Where is my confirmation email?
Don't worry it is in your spam folder. If you have already checked your spam/promotion folder at least 3 times...Well, you are right something is wrong. Please contact me.
My health insurance covers this?
Usually they cover complementary treatments, but it depends on your provider. I would advise to check with them first.​
