Service Description

Soft tissue therapy I will check your posture and guide you through some general movements to see if there are any restrictions in your tissue. Treatment can include massage, NMTs, METs, Cupping, IASTM and assisted stretching. Treatments are always PERSONALISED! Plus, I am more than happy to advise on stretching, mobility work, warm-up drills or even on your workout.
