The overall goal of stretch therapy is to treat muscle tightness and increase ROM. Muscle tightness can cause joint imbalances and tissue restriction, which contributes to pains and aches, and it can also increase the chances of an injury. It is an advanced assisted stretch session with static and PNF stretches.
